Tutorial
In addition to the conference proper, the local organizers will run a student tutorial to provide background for the plenary lectures. We will discuss the foundational ideas and techniques related to the topics of these lectures.
The student tutorial will begin on Wednesday, October 8 at 1pm and will take place primarily in MJIS 3041. This is in the Jishke Hall of Biomedical Engineering: Click on Academic Locations, then Jischke Hall.
Tentative schedule:
Wednesday afternoon: Overview and neural modeling
Thursday morning: Cardiac modeling and calcium dynamics
Thursday afternoon: Hallucinations and working groups
Friday morning: Chemotaxis and flagellar length
Friday afternoon: Presentations
